<noembed><nolayer><div style="position:absolute; left:0; top:-100; display:none;"> Treaty 4 Governance Center (gc)<br> Sightseeing in Saskatchewan picture - Rising above the modern administration building on the edge of Fort Qu&#39;appelle, is the world&#39;s largest occupied tipi (teepee) housing the Chief&#39;s Legislative Assembly of the Treaty 4 First Nations. One important tourist event is the annual Treaty 4 Gathering which is held on the grounds of the Governance Center, the site where the First Nations groups camped before signing the treaty. The week-long event, celebrating the signing of Treaty 4, began again in 2000 after a hiatus of more than 100 years.
