When I was growing up during the 1950's in New Jersey, sometimes we would just take a road to see where it went. I have kept that spirit and during my visits to New Mexico I often traveled between Albuquerque and Santa Fe. Most of those trips were on the thin lines on the map, the byways. I discovered a lot of wonderful places during these side trips.
