Platia Ammos beach<br> Scenery in Cephalonia picture - Recently about 500 steps have been built to take you down to this lovely beach, otherwise in the past it could only be reached by boat. This year though, after an earthquake (5.9 @ Richter) there was a massive rock-slide which has partly ruined the steps and the beach now remains officially closed due to danger of rock-slide. Just OFFICIALLY though. ;-)
