Barn Hill Station, is about 100 kilometres south of Broome, is an ordinary Kimberley cattle station. It's also home to one of the nation's, if not the world's remotest bowling greens.

Cattle graze the green during the northern wet season and tourists bowl on it during the dry.

There are only two grass bowling greens between Port Hedland and Darwin. And on only one of those do you need to wear shoes.
