The red flag indicates that there is corn beer for sale. It's an aquired taste but well worth sampling, but not the litre measures we were offered it in. We were shown how the beer was made and the guinea pigs that fed off the waste, there was no doubt that although they had a short life, they had a happy one, constantly drunk.
