This was by far our favorite city... it had a great night life and the most amazing architecture. No Eastern European feel here- more maybe there is! Maybe that's the way to go. There are buildings hundreds of years old that are still in use as houses, shops and offices. This makes the history easily felt on a daily basis. The only downside is that it's a bit complicated to navigate the streets, but given more than a week, I'm sure it could be mastered quite easily. Now: Charles Bridge.
