The comet photographed through a 250mm f4.3 reflector with 4 x 15sec images stacked together to improve the quality of the image. The camera focus was manually set at infinity, 400asa, wide angle, then attached to a device that allowed it to see through a 25mm eyepiece. Automatic shutter release set the exposure going after about 10 seconds. This allowed any movements of the telescope to dampen down before the pic was taken.
