Our first sighting of Hoodoo's was at the side of the road,at Red Canyon, before we even reached the park. Fantastic shapes are left by erosion. Bryce canyon was Red stone spires which stabbed at the Azure blue of the Utah sky, like fingers reaching upwards, the pillars beckon with an eerie feeling. As we looked down the canyon we were treated to a dramatic landscape, a testament to mother Nature, the colour and beauty stimulated the imagination. The bizarre formations cast a spell on all who gazed.
