Ceviche de Pescado
Cities in Magallanes picture - As usual, the best things from the kitchen have no translation. Ceviche is just ceviche (even in Slovak language...). However, I think this is the best hors d´oeuvre you may get in Chile! The dip is strongly acid, very refreshing. It seems to be the lemon juice with just a little bit of olive oil. No idea which fish was cut in there. From among the vegetables, onion is a must, the eventual carrot and parsley are OK as well.
