We spent 7 days in Beijing, and out of these 7 days, we visited the Great Wall twice, i.e. JuYongGuan and HanGuan. I like the Great Wall very much, much more than the other UNESCO sites in Beijing, maybe due to the great architectual and the great views surrounding the wall!

The Great Wall - JuYongGuan and HanGuan sections are accessible by taking public transport - bus number 919 from Beijing city (RMB12 or USD1.6 one way). Entrance ticket to the Great Wall costs RMB45 or USD6.
