Paraguay was in our schedule due to the carnival, which took place there right when we passed around to Iguazú falls. And where else should we go, if not to Encarnación, the capital of Itapúa departamento? The carnaval encarnaceño is the most famous in this country. I think everybody knows and surely much of the foreigners went to the carnival in Rio, Brasil.
