Several weeks ago, a number of large sea turtles came ashore and laid their eggs. Hotel people picked up the eggs and buried them in a safer place, and marked each spot with a sign. This one is Number 27. The eggs were buried here on September 3, about 4 weeks ago. Seventy two eggs from one female turtle are buried below this stake. And they're about to hatch right now.
