Bruton House<br> Towns in Somerset picture - This building was once the old post office but after 40 years of neglect it had become dangerous and was threatened with demolition. A large grant towards the restoration by the Bruton Trust, that was formed in 1970, saved the building. The project was completed in 1985 and was a superb Restaurant but since this picture was taken it has sadly closed.
