I was happy enough to be in the vineyard. But more, we were allowed to touch the grapes from those prestige chateau and vineyard. We were taught how to differentiate cabernet sauvignon and merlot. I was so impressed!!!

We were there when it was just a harvest season. The chateau started to get merlot first, followed by cabernet sauvignon. We were told that cabernet sauvignon was needed some more sunshine to secure the sugar before harvesting this year. ... (more)
