I capped off my 2007 Utah road trip with a swing over into California to visit some sites in the northern part of Death Valley that I missed during my 2004 visit. These included Scotty's Castle and the Ubehebe Crater. I returned to Vegas, my final departure point, via a route through the valley that passed Artists Drive and Badwater.
