My family and I recently spent 3.5 months in Adelaide and surrounding area. We lived in North Adelaide and Glenelg. Adelaide proper is actually quite small and is mostly businesses with some residential areas. The whole area is very nice featuring most things Australia is known for: good people, beaches, warm weather, wine.
