As a piece of public art I think it&#39;s quite interesting. But I didn&#39;t think it worked as a memorial. With people jumping from block to block, kids playing hide and seek among the block, and the minimal signage, and I think that someone who happened upon it would see it more a playground than memorial. </div></nolayer></noembed>
