圣安纳教堂是座竖立在马来西亚槟城州威中县大山脚镇的一座超过百年的天主教教堂。旧教堂是建立于一八八八年，而新建筑是在二零零年动工，于二零零二年七月廿六日落成。每年的七月廿六日，该教堂都会举行盛大的庆典。

St. Anne Church is an over a century Chatolic Church which is situated at Bukit Mertajam, a town in the District of Seberang Perai Utara of Penang. It was built in the year of 1888. The new building added to the old church was constructed during the year of 2000 and the new church was dedicated on 26 July 2002. Catholics observe her feast day on 26 July every year.
