Storm moving in--Beatty, NV<br> Scenery in United States picture - We'd left Las Vegas' sunny weather to make the trip to Oregon for my brother-in-law's wedding. The wind was blowing hard but the road was dry and empty. We were feeling pretty optimistic about making it as far as Reno that night--and then we stopped for gas at Beatty and saw this dark sky. The gas station owner said that there was black ice and snow ahead.
