thanks EVER so much for your wonderful, fascinating photos of terrific Istanbul!! I would like to spend more time there! One doesn't even mind (too much!) being awakened at 5 a.m. by the LOUD call to prayer of the muezzin!! Some of the women on my tour said, they would MISS this, when they returned home to the USA!!

Istanbul
It looks like you got a good feel of the magic of Istanbul. A truly fascinating and hospitable city. I love some of your night shots ...illuminated Blue Mosque, moonrise over Hagia Sofia, the tram in Taksim as well as the produce stalls.I long to go back and spend more time in that city.
