The LaHave Islands are a fascinating area of many small islands with tiny harbors, wharves and fishermens' houses. Once accessible only by boat, several islands are now joined by a paved road and bridges. There is almost no traffic, making this an ideal place to visit on foot.
These islands are on the South Shore of Nova Scotia (the Lighthouse Route), in Lunenburg County, about 20km from the town of Bridgewater. For further directions, please refer to the map which is the last image posted.
