There are 2 departures daily for the backwater day tour that I joined. First departure is 8.30am and 2nd is 10.30am. I took the 10.30am trip. A little tip for you, the 10.30am trip was a bit hot for the first half (countryboat session) but you get to see the sunset over backwaters in the evening, which the 8.30am trip won't. That I thought was quite worthwhile.
