San Francisco Chinese New Year Parade, 2-20-2008. Again, you can tell it was raining as dragons are wrapped in plastic. The subject was the first dragon with the "tail" man looking right into my camera. You can tell location and event. Focus person is in ROT. Nikon D80, f/5, 1/40 sec., ISO 1250, 56mm, available light.
