Bharatpur is a village on the Agra-Jaipur highway in Rajasthan, just passed the U.P. border. There on a swampy land is a National Park whose official name is Keoladeo Ghana National Park. It is the home of many birds, some local but mostly migratory. The old name of the park is Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary.
