The Iran EcoTour's directors DENIED to pay for my mother's medical treatment, although their action contradicts what Iran Ecotours have told passengers about 1,000,000 tomans insurance for hospital, doctors’ expenses.

I feel that Iran Ecotour contradicted themselves because they try to escape from their responsibility toward my old mother and myself and other passengers.

I wonder what Iran-Ecotour's response would be if my mother had been a foreign tourist traveling with them? Do you think it would be different?
