The Mechanics Track links the Olinda Falls with the Mt. Dandenong Tourist Rd, 50 km east of Melbourne, in the Dandenong Ranges National Park, Olinda Section.

The Track is 4 km return, passing through lush fern gullies and tall forest. It is steep in parts, very muddy, and adjacent to the Olinda Creek.
