Fields of trumpets swathed in gold,Stalwart sentinels standing bold.The many moods of the Moors are found in Farndale,windswept and wild.Unspoilt and breathtaking. Narrow roads took us to this wonderful walk along the side of the River Dove. We were rewarded with a sublimely beautiful tapestry of green, a dusting of snow and a throng of golden Daffodils.
