… tall and slim. The balconies remind me of New Orleans, the trim is rococo, but the roof is in mansard (“Second Empire”) style, such as one often finds in Quebec. It’s almost as if the builder thought there might be a heavy snowfall someday, and planned the roof accordingly … just in case.
