… was the theme of this, the 75th annual festival. It's different every year: when I visited ten years ago the theme was “The Sea” (complete with life-sized ‘dolphins’ jumping through hoops). Half a dozen varieties of lemons and of oranges are grown and used, and each individual fruit is attached to the framework by a very strong rubber band. The pictures that follow are not all-inclusive, but show some of the more interesting displays.
