Beautiful!
I love them all, but as for which one would be most likely to win....oh gosh! Probably Picture 14 because of the light, the position of the image could be cropped to fit a magazine cover appropriately (portrait versus landscape), and you have a focal point in the image. I could totally see titles of stories over the less focused parts of the image with the clear, sharp image of the one bunch of blossoms in the center. Althought, #5 does have a government building in the background.
