In the presidency of "Mohammed Hosny Mubarak" the president of the republic, and by God's aid, Mr. Kamal Mansour the governor of Matrouh put the basic stone for the international touristic resort "Royal Cleopatra", and this is on Tuesday 29/10/1991. Pardon my poor translation, this is the only standing wall from this "international" Resort. P.S.: They didn't say which republic, just the president of the republic.
