The juice vendor has heaps of sugarcane and a handmill for pressing the sugarcanes to extract the juice. For each customer he will extract the juice right in front of the customer, mix it with some lemon juice and spices, and serve. A very popular drink in India in summer. I took this picture outside the south gate of Mysore Palace.
