To enjoy the famous Nilgiri Mountain Railway, I took a train to return to Ooty from Coonoor. The ride on this toy train was certainly worth it. I saw even better views from this little train while it slowly moved along the winding tracks. I have included some pictures of this train and also pictures of Coonoor railway station to give my readers some idea about Nilgiri Mountain Railway, which has been declared by UNESCO, in 2005, as a World Heritage Site.
