April 26, 2008 we went to Yellowstone National Park; wanted to compare it to last April. This winter there was lots of snow and melting much slower. The big difference we noticed was the baby bison were up close. Last year the mother's had the baby's far out in the meadows away from the roads. This year with so much snow they were in those area where the snow had melted, along the rivers and in the road. There is now streaming video of Old Faithful at:
