Another New Orleans tradition, and a favorite of mine, Ingrid Lucia is a great entertainer. Last year, she performed on the river front, considerably separated from the audience, and with a sound system that ... well ... sucked! This year, she had to contend with a little wind but she performed on the steps of the Federal Courthouse on Royal Street, quite close to her audience, and was very, very good. I think I own every CD she ever made.
