Wanda Rouzan has closed the FQF on the main stage every year since its inception 25 years ago. I don't know how to describe her except that she is in the tradition of Sophie Tucker part of the time and Billie Holiday at other times. In each of the last two years, at some point in her show, she has invited this young girl up on stage to dance and sing. I predict she will also have a big future in New Orleans music in the coming years.
