While working on Kolkata (formerly Calcutta) I visited the Victoria House built for the Queen Victoria, but she never visited the house. I also visit the main museum in Kolkata, but we were not allowed to take pictures. The first pictures are from the Fort George Museum. There is not much left of the fort other than the building the museum is housed in. The British built the fort during their early rule of India. There are a few pictures of the beach in Chennai. It was affected by the tsunami that hit Indonesia a few years back. I also took some pictures of local checking out a fire in Chennai. They were taken on our way from the airport to the hotel.
