Not nearly as crowded or chaotic as Indian train station scenes one sees in movies, right? ;o) All trains that connect to Mysore are operated by Indian Railways. The fastest train serving the city is the Shatabdi Express which connects to Bangalore & Chennai. That's the one we took.
