The fort is open daily from 8.30am to 6.30pm. The admission fees are RM3.00 for adults & RM2.00 for children under 12. Knowledgeable tour guides who are dressed in red colonial soldier outfits are available to give you a quick & insightful tour of the fort grounds for a small fee. The site also has a tourist information kiosk, café, & souvenir center,
