Some locals felt the result was beautiful, while other felt it was ugly & looked like an alien space ship, or a sliced hard-boiled egg. But all agree that it is especially beautiful at night when it is all lit up. The orange building is the Immigration building on Light Street. Weld Quay intersects with Light Street at this traffic circle.
