Huaraz (quechua: Waras, Waraq)? , it is a city of Peru, capital of the department of Ancash and of the province of Huaraz, is located in the North mountain range from Peru to 3,080 msnm of altitude in the middle of a beautiful valley known like "Callejón de Huaylas", because the city was established in the middle of "La Cordillera Blanca and of "La Cordillera Negra".
