The North Caribbean Coast of Colombia - Cartagena, a famous, romantic city with beautiful and captivating historic center and walled city, Santa Marta - a better beach holiday city with less tourists and the beautiful, natural Parque Nacional de Tayrona near to Santa Marta where you can camp on the beach (and brave the mosquitoes and searing heat. The Colombian coast is hotter, and more disorderly than the interior but definately worth a visit.
