(sepia tone) From time to time I’ll present some of the oldest buildings using digital versions of various early photographic techniques. It was built in 1840, and acquired by the Asselstine family. This steam-powered mill could clean and card wool, spin it into yarn, and make cloth. It sure saved a lot of work for the poor settlers’ wives!
