Today Brickfield have changed its bad image to a moden and good image Brickfield is now a stopover for people travelling to other destination like to North or South of Malaysia.You can get to KTM station at Kuala Lumpur Sentral and book train tickets to Penang in Malaysia and Hatyai or Bangkok in Thailand which is towards Northern side Malaysia.You can book tickets to Johor in Malaysia or Singapore that is on the southern side of Malaysia.You can also travel within Kuala Lumpur by taking the LRT and if your are going to KLIA you can take the ERL.This is inside the Kuala Lumpur Sentral building itself.This is very convenient and you are hungry,don't worry,you can easily find plenty of food there.All you need is to have a lot of MONEY.

If you are a businessman,this is a very good area to stay.Imagine a businessman coming to Malaysia.Staight from KLIA he takes the ERL ride to Kuala Lumpur Sentral and walk a cross the covered road to check in either one of the two hotels i.e Hilton or Meridien.If you are going a cross the road from Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Hilton hotel is on your left while Meridien hotel is on your right.The food in both the hotels is very good.You can enjoy your food in the restaurant and if you choose the table beside the window,you can see the museum a cross the road towards Bungsar,Kuala Lumpur.

Brickfield is a very old area,see the building with the year embossed in cement 1924 on the top portion.In the olden days this area must be a bad area.Somehow there come the good people to help them.This place is also a very religious place as can be seen from the photos Buddhist Missionary School and Zion Cathedral ( slso with the year 1924)

If you are going the Kuala Lumpur Sentral 5 road towards Restoran Sin Kee (famous for seafood steamed rice)the building beside the restoran looks like a cleaver and the chopping side is facing the right side while the knife cutting side faces the left side.The whole of Brickfield there is only one building with with Cleaver / Knife Shape Lucky the Cleaver / Knife is sandwiched between two buidings whereby the Cleaver/Knife building cannot move.
