The sun came out again as we approached La Sammana, the most expensive and exclusive resort on the island. The place was named after the late owner's three daughters: Sally, Mary and Nancy ... Sammana. Tennis buffs will be interested to know that one of his daughters married Ivan Lendl, once the number one tennis player in the world.
