I tried but I was not able to identify this structure ;o( The excavated city offers a snapshot of Roman life in the 1st century, frozen at the moment it was buried in 79. The Forum, the baths, & many houses, remain surprisingly well preserved. Also found were an amphitheater, two theaters, an outdoor gymnasium with a central swimming pool, a large food market, & an aqueduct that provided water for more than 25 street fountains, at least four public baths, & a large number of private houses & businesses.
