carved & painted in great detail in a Moorish style. The current ceiling is a restored reproduction from 1811 after the original ceiling was severely damaged by fire. The walls are extensively decorated with rich mosaics. My apologies again - because the interior was quite dark, few of my interior shots turned out - ;o( I managed to salvage a few through photo editing.
