This album shows the Aurora Kakadu Resort, 250 km east of Darwin, near the Southh Alligator River, on the Arnhem Highway, Kakadu National Park.

This is a beautiful place, with lush green grounds, a billabong, guest pool, pet wallabies, and many magpie geese!

Walking tracks lead into the surrounding bushland.

This was the night stopover for our two-day coach tour to the Kakadu National Park, on November 12, 2008.

The accommodation was excellent, with spacious air-conditioned rooms looking out over the lawns.
