Grand Canyon and Around

The Grand Canyon in the SW USA is one of the most breathtaking geological formations on the planet. Carved ages ago by the power of the Colorado River the canyon reaches depths of up to a mile in some places.There are dozens of tours offered as day trips to visitors of Las Vegas. Ah, I see you're a traveler too. I noted from your e-mail address, you're Canadian? I'm glad you liked the Grand Canyon, indeed one of the most beautiful of the American outdoors. In my opinion, if one likes the outdoors, there's no finer place to travel than the U.S. of A. The convenience, the comfort, the beauty, the variety, unmatched anywhere else. Now, after looking at yours, I need to learn how to make those pictures of mine stand out like yours (esp. the raised feeling because of the borders added).

Must say it is a much more beautiful flight between Vegas & the Grand Canyon than it is a drive! And wonderful to see it from the bottom up perspective. Never tire of seeing photos of the GC. Thanks so much for sharing.
