near Sorrento. This was an olive oil room. La Sorgente is a farm nestled in the Sorrentine hills belonging to the Marciano family. It has orange, lemon, & olive groves, & vineyards, which have been worked with equipment & methods dating back to the end of the 9th century. They are famous for their homemade mozzarella. They give mozzarella making demonstrations to tour groups.
